The Interfaith Council for the Protection of

Animals and Nature

Home

The Interfaith Council for the Protection of Animals and Nature (ICPAN) is a coalition of groups and people of many faiths who are working to promote kindness to animals and protection of wildlife and its habitat, with an emphasis on educating the public about our religious and moral obligations to preserve and respect animals and nature.

All of the world's major religions contain teachings requiring humans to protect God's Creation -- the planet and the creatures that inhabit it.

ICPAN works to promote and spread these teachings through books, brochures,
articles, letters, presentations, videos, and other publications and media.

The Interfaith Council for the Protection of Animals and Nature works closely with other organizations that have similar missions, including Georgia Center for Humane Education. See projects page for more information.

ICPAN is registered with the IRS as a 501(C)(3) charitable organization , and donations to it are tax deductible.

ICPAN is supported by your donations.
